各级领导人员德的考核思考 单 位 板石煤矿采煤二区 姓 名 潘志远 2013年 9 月 15 日 各级领导人员德的考核思考 摘 要：人的品德，主要包括政治品德、个人品德、职业道德、社会公德、家庭美德五项内容。现在的一些领导人员在工作上出问题，并不是出在他个人才能上，而是在个人品德上出问题。用人难、往往难在识德上，如何考察领导人员的德，一直是各级领导人员考察中的一大难题。对领导人员德的考察十分重要。加强领导人员德的考核，须将领导人员德的标准进行具体化考量。在政治上要看被考察的领导人员是否有坚定的政治立场和理想信念，关键时刻是否经得起考验，危急时刻是否经得起磨练，利益面前是否经得起诱惑；工作上是否脚踏实地，用实实在在的行动、踏踏实实的业绩取悦于民；为人是否诚实、诚恳，诚信做官，是否敢于讲真话、办实事；品质上是否坚守社会公德，恪守职业道德，严守个人品德，崇尚家庭美德。? 关键词：领导人员，品德，考核 Assessment?on?members?leaders at all levels Author: Pan Zhi-yuan Abstract: The virtue of a man, including political moral character, personal qualities, occupation moral, social morality, family virtue five contents. Keywords: Leadership, character, evaluation 一、“德”的定义 “德”的本意为顺应自然，社会，和人类客观需要去做事。不违背自然发展，去发展自然，发展社会，发展自己的事业。 “德”指内心的情感或者信念，用于人伦，则指人的本性、品德。儒家认为，“德”包括忠、孝、仁、义、温良、恭敬、谦让等。在西周文化重要内涵的“礼乐文明”中，“德”是核心。德归纳为“勤朴古健、果义敢为、居安思危、善始善终。”就是对德的最好总结。孔子当年之
