非圆齿轮类型定义与精度检测的相关研究 高 婷，韩 江 （合肥工业大学机械与汽车工程学院，安徽合肥 230009 ） 摘要：本文将具有椭圆曲线特征的非圆齿轮归纳为椭圆族齿轮，探讨节曲线特性，并建立通用数学模型。在深入 分析圆柱齿轮、锥齿轮、小模数齿轮精度标准的基础上，结合椭圆族齿轮特性拟定椭圆族齿轮精度标准，确立单 项偏差项目与综合偏差项目、推导5 级精度计算公式、划分精度等级并初步确定级间比。对齿轮的啮合测量方法 进行研究，在此基础上建立椭圆族齿轮全啮合测量模型，为椭圆族齿轮精度评价体系的建立、偏差项的有效测量 以及齿轮工业的多元发展奠定基础。 关键词：椭圆族齿轮；精度标准；偏差项；高阶相似度；全啮合测量模型 The Research of Non-circular Gears Type Definition and Accuracy Detection GAO Ting, HAN Jiang （School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei Anhui, 230009, China) Abstract: This paper reduces non-circular gears which have the characteristics of the ellipse to elliptical race gear, sets up the general mathematical model. On the basis of in-depth analysis of cylindrical gear accuracy standard, combining with the characteristics of elliptical race gear to propose its accuracy standard to establish deviation projects, formulate accuracy calculation formulas and divide accuracy grade. On the basis of the research of gear meshing methods, the comprehensive meshing measurement model of elliptical race gear has been established, which lays a solid foundation for the accuracy evaluation system of elliptical race gear, what’s more, the diversified development of industry.
