Department of En- docrinology,Nanjing First Hospital of Nanj ing edical University, Nanj ing 210012, China = Abstract The deficiency and the abnormal signaling transduction of neurotro hic factors, such as NGF, BDNF, NT-3, GDNF, IGF, and their rece tors may lay im ortant roles in the develo ment and rogression of dia- betic neuro athies in brain.
