The p rpose of this paper is to analyze the classification, the effects, and principles in the eval ation and application of microecologicals so as to provide more information for the reference of clinic. METHODS: Literat re both home and abroad concerning pharmacy was reviewed. RESUITS CONCLUSION: In view of the short marketing of microecologicals, and little research has been done on its pharmacokinetics, physiological disposition and clinical efficacy, it remains yet to be verified by m lti- center and large sample research findings in evidence based medicine.
