a total o 24 5 ho spitalized cases o cir rhotic patients w ith gastr ointestinal hemo rrhage rom Jan 2000 to Des 2007.Re-
sults:23 o 82 case s in preve nting u se antibio tics g roup su ered hemor rhage again in o ne year,r atio is 2 8.0%.77 o 163
ca ses in no n-preventing u se antibiotics g roup su ered re-hemor rhage in one y ear, w hich is 47.2%.T here is sig ni icant
di e rence betw een tw o g roup s.Conclusion:T he preventing u se antibiotics can reduce the risk o re-hemo rr hag e in cir-
