GCCCE2013 科技应用与人文关怀合作提升弱势学童学习机会—数字学伴计划 The Project of Online Tutoring for After School’s Learning, the Result of Combination on Digital Technology and Humane Care, is the Key of Promotion on Disadvantaged Children’s Learning Chance 1* 2 林宏彦 ，杨志田 1 2 辅仁大学资讯工程学系， 辅仁大学信息中心 * hylin@.tw 【摘要】远距教学在信息科技快速的发展下，相关技术如计算机、视讯设备、系统软件及网络环境等皆已 成熟。台湾自2006 年迄今，已连续执行八年数字学伴计划，号召大学生施以严谨教育训练，运用计算机、 网络，让大学生对偏远地区或家庭经济弱势学童，进行课业辅导和生活陪伴，已建立起相关机制。成功之 关键处在，以人文关怀为核心，结合大学的高等教育人力及信息科技技术，才得以稳定、持续地培养大学 生发扬爱心，运用数字科技，照顾弱势，落实大学社会参与及实践数位公益。 【关键词】远距教学、人文关怀、数位学伴、社会参与、数位公益 Abstract: With fast development of information technology, the relative technology such as PC, video device, system software, and the network environment for the long distance education had mature. From 2006 to now, The MOE’s Project of Online Tutoring After School For Distance Learning Companion was continuously executed in Taiwan. It recruited college students, and gave rigorous training to use computer and network fluently. Then, those college students were assigned to give online tutoring and companion to the children from the rural area, or the economically disadvantaged family. This project had successfully build mechanisms to obtain great achievement. The keys to success is that it based on the spirit of humane care, then combined the faculty resource of colleges with the information technology to continuously educate the college students to have social engagement, use the digital technology to make the digital charity, and take care of disadvantaged people to maximized their love and care.
