摘 要 我国的物流行业正处于低端市场向高端市场过度的阶段，物流的运营也越来越繁杂，物流的管理和前进面临着前所未有的复杂局面，物流的市场在被不断开拓和细分，更多的需求刺激着物流业不断发掘自身潜力，整合内部资源。协同物流在整合的基础再整合应运而生。 本文主要针对山东省先进制造企业和物流企业的实际经营状况，在调研分析和实习的基础上，通过网上搜集资料，探索建立一种适合先进制造业的协同物流理论体系。文章首先阐述了中小型物流企业的发展现状；介绍了协同物流的相关定义、设计步骤、建立的原则和要求。本文从协同物流的概念到协同物流体系再到应用，对提高企业竞争力、企业管理水平、客户服务水平等方面起到积极的促进作用。 关键词：协同管理，制造业，供应链，物流 Abstract Chinas logistics industry is in a low-end market to high-end market over-the logistics operations become increasingly complex, logistics management and forward facing unprecedented complicated situation, the logistics market in the constantly open up and broken down more needs to stimulate the logistics industry, continue to explore their own potential to integrate internal resources.
