生态住宅技术评价体系及部分环境指标浅析 陈宝明，陈伟彬，周 婷，彭少麟 （中山大学生命科学大学院/有害生物控制与资源利用国家重点实验室，广东广州 510275 ） 摘要：生态住宅的内涵主要是节能环保，发展生态住宅是生态文明建设的重要内容。本文介绍了国内外主要生态 住宅相关评价标准，在基于已有研究资料，分析处于不同区域 （工业区、老城区或商业区、郊区、生态公园附近） 的住区环境指标，重点调查了PM2.5, TSP、绿化等情况。结果表明，住区环境或住区选址对生态住宅大气环境的 评价非常重要，建议将PM2.5 纳入生态住宅评价体系中。另外，生态住区内应形成多层次的立体绿化，除了考虑 绿化率，还要考虑选取吸收或吸附污染物能力强，有助于生态住宅环境指标达标的乡土植物为主要绿化植物。 关键词：生态学；生态住宅；评价 Evaluation Standard for Ecological Residence and Elementary Analysis of Several Atmospheric Indexes CHEN Baoming, CHEN Weibin, ZHOU Ting, PENG Shaolin (School of Life Sciences, State Key Laboratory of Biocontrol, Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou 510275, China) Abstract: The connotation of ecological residence is energy conservation and environmental protection. Developing ecological residence is the important content of construction of ecological civilization. This paper introduces the main ecological residential related evaluation standards. Based on the existing research data, it analyzes residential environmental indicators in different areas (or old town industrial zone, inner city, near downtown, suburb, ecological park) of residential environmental indicators, focusing on a survey of PM2.5, TSP, greening, and so on and so forth. The results indicated that the residential environment or residential location is very important for the evaluation of ecological residence, and suggested PM2.5 should be taken into the evaluation system of ecological residence. In addition, a multi-level and dimensional greening should be advocated in ecological residential areas. Besides green area, the native plants with the ability of absorbing pollutants should be developed in green species
