SF-36量表在疾病生命质量谱构建中应用作者：欧凤荣,刘扬,刘丹, 高倩,李静海,段端,张莹,冯亮,张金生作者单位：1.中国医科大学附属第一医院，沈阳 110001； 2.中国医科大学公共卫生学院环境卫生教研室； 3.辽宁省阜新市矿物局总医院； 4.辽宁省鞍山市岫岩县卫生局 来源：医学期刊 / 医院管理与预防医学、卫生学【摘要】 　　目的 建立疾病生命质量谱，反映不同疾病人群的生命质量状态。方法 采用健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey, SF-36)研究疾病人群生命质量的文献，对不同疾病人群生命质量的相对位置进行研究，采用系统聚类方法建立疾病生命质量谱，以1～4级生命质量谱段代表严重疾病-较重疾病-中度疾病-轻度疾病的生命质量。结果 生命质量的4级谱段反映了生命质量的不同水平：1级生命质量谱段的疾病主要造成躯体活动受限，总体生命质量很差；2级生命质量谱段为精神系统疾病，以心理健康受到严重影响为特点；3级生命质量谱段以慢性迁延性疾病为主，生命质量一般；4级生命质量谱段以轻度疾病或早期疾病为主，生命质量受疾病影响开始下降，但程度不重。结论 疾病生命质量谱从轻度疾病到严重疾病的生命质量变化，为不同疾病人群的生命质量评价及疗效评价提供了简便直观的参照体系，同时也可以作为非疾病人群生命质量评价的参考体系，为描述不同群体的生命质量水平提供了新的表达方式。【关键词】 健康调查表（SF-36）；生命质量；疾病生命质量谱　　Establishment of disease spectrum of the quality of life by SF-36　　OU Feng?rong,LIU Yang,LIU Dan,et al.　　First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University(Shenyang 110001,China)　　Abstract： Objective To establish the disease spectrum of quality of life(QOL) which was divided into four grade to represent the QOL of different diseases.Methods We searched studies evaluating QOL of people by SF-36.We studied the relative positions of the QOL of patients with different diseases and established the disease spectrum of the QOL by cluster analysis.Results The disease spectrum of the QOL was divided into four grade representing QOL of different diseases grade.Grade 1 includes diseases leading to movement limitation wiht the QOL at the lowest level.Diseases of grade 2 are mental diseases bringing great harm to mental health.Grade 3 is mainly consist of chronic diseases with the QOL at the lower level.Grade 4 includes some diseases of early stage and the QOL is at the beginning of decline.Conclusion The disease spectrum is a new frame of reference for evaluation of the QOL and therapy effect of people with different diseases,also it can be used for evaluation of the QOL of non-illness people.Key words： SF-36；quality of life；disease spectrum of the QOL　　应用健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)对人群生命质量进行评价是世界各国普遍采取的一种
