物流园区论文：物流园区运作效率后评价研究 【中文摘要】物流园区运作后评价是一种事后评价,是对物流园区项前期决策、规划过程、建设过程、运营过程等全过程、各阶段工作的评价。本文选取了其中一个方面,对投入运营后的物流园区运营过程中运营效率进行全面的分析、评价,旨在从已投入运营的物流园区运作中吸取教训,为物流园区可持续运作做出科学合理的决策,从而提高管理水平和投资效益。物流园区运作效率后评价须通过一系列的指标计算和分析来完成。从目前研究工作主要内容看,对物流园区运作后评价的理论和著作较少。但是后评价的理论已发展很成熟,在铁路、住宅、医院、学校等领域得到普遍应用,这对于指导物流园区运作效率后评价工作具有重要的现实意义。本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,从园区运作效率后评价的特点及必要性、后评价理论基础入手、运用粗糙集理论、相关性分析对指标进行筛选确定、然后选择DEA-FCA综合方法进行指标评价并通过实例验证上述方法,主要研究内容如下：1.首先分析国内外物流园区发展现状、物流园区运作后评价的特点及物流园区运作效率后评价的必要性：对后评价理论进行概述同时确定物流园区运作效率后评价的主要内容。2.分析了物流园区运作效率后评价指标选取原则,分两步对后评价指标进行筛选；在评价方法的选择上,首先分析了几种评价方法并选择了将数据包络分析同模糊综合评价方法结合起来,使得后评价结果同时具备了数据包络分析方法的客观、科学和模糊综合评价方法的普遍性的优点。3.最后列举案例验证上述理论并分析评价结果。 【英文摘要】Post-evaluation of logistics park is a kind of post asssessment. is used to evaluate the preliminary decision-making, the planning process, the construction process, the operation process and so on. This paper selects one of these aspects.to analysis and evaluate the effect of operational logistics park comprehensively, in order to draw lessons for programming logistic park sustainable operation and to make reasonable decisions, so as to improve the level of management and benefit of investment.Post-evaluation of logistics park operation have to calculate and to analyses a series of indexes. From the current research, the theory and works about this is rare. However, the development of post-evaluation theory is very mature, and widely applied to the domain of railroad, housing, hospital and school.
