M ethods: Forty-one patients w ith pathologically confirme NSCLC w ere treate oub le-b lin ly into chemotherapy plus shenyi capsule( Shenyi group) an chemotherapy p lus placebo( p lacebo group). Results: Com paring the placebo group, response rate, tmi e to progress( TTP), m e ian survival tmi e( MST) an 1-year survival in shenyi group w ere 45145% , 6 m onths, 13 months an 68118% , an those in p lacebo group were 151 79% , 314 m onths, 9 m on ths an 361 84% , respectively. There was obviously statistical ifference between wt o groups (P 01 05), an a verse reaction of chem otherapy in Shenyi group ecrease com paringw ith placebo group, bu t no statistical ifference w as foun .
