TECHNICAL SPECIFFICATION FOR HANDING，SITE CHECKING，ACCEPTANCE AND STORAGE OF TURBINE GENERATOR EQUIPMENTS 适用范围 本规范适用于各种容量和型号的汽轮发电机组及其辅助设备的吊运及工地清点验收和保管维护。 Scope of application： This specification is applicable to all types of turbine generator of DFEM. 1设备装卸和搬运的规定： 1 Equipments should be handled according to the specifications as follows. 1.1 根据部件的重量、体积和起吊部位选取适当的吊索吊具，以确保部件和人员的安全。场地周围应有醒目的安全标志，严禁吊物下站人，以免发生事故。 1.1 The lift rope shall be chosen according to the component weight and eye-catching mark. Men must be forbidden to stand under the lifted goods so as to avoid dangerous accident. 1.2 吊运包装箱件时，应按箱件上指定的吊装部位穿挂吊索，吊索转折处应加衬垫物，以防止箱内设备损坏。起吊时应按包装箱上标示的起吊方向进行起吊，严禁倒置起吊。 1.2 The lift rope shall be fixed at the position specified on the packing box and liner must be used at the position where the rope wrapping to avoid any damage to the goods in the box. 1.3 确认设备的重心位置，对设备上的活动部件应予固定，以防止设备重心偏移而倾倒造成事故。 1.3 Confirm the center of gravity of the equipment, any loose parts must be fixed so as to avoid any accident due to the deviation of the center of gravity. 1.4 对刚度较差的设备，吊运时应采取加固措施，防止变形。 1 For any equipment which is weak of rigidity, some reinforcement measures must be taken so as to avoid deformation. 1.5 配备有制造厂专用工具的部件，应使用专用工具起吊。设置有起吊位置的部件，应按指定位置起吊。 1.5 Some components must be lifted with special tools supplied by the manufacturer. Lift point should be at the correct position. 1.6 发电机定子吊运时，吊索应挂在定子两侧吊攀位置，吊攀紧固螺栓必须全部把紧。 1 .6 While lifting the generator stator, the rope must be fixed at the trunnions on both sides and all the bolts of the trunnions must be fastened. 1.7 发电机转子吊运时，不得以转子护环、风扇座环、集电环等部位作为起吊和支撑的施力点，起吊时大齿应在竖直方向上，小齿在水平方向上。 1.7 While lifting the generator rotor, it is forbidden to take the retaining ring, fan hub or slip ring as the lifting or supporting point. The pole surface must be at vertical direction and toothed section be at horizontal direction when lifting. 1.8 吊运部件时应安排专人负责指挥。注意人身和设备的安全。 1.8 While lifting components, professional person should be arranged to direct
