A Report from Peoples Daily
Chinese style of crossing the road is a ridicule(调侃) used by the net friend. It describes a way of some Chinese walking across the road, namely enough for a person can to go(凑够一撮人就走), not red light. Just look at other people and do not see the light. It is generally believed that as long as we cross the road together, no car dares to hit us. Here is one of the excuses given by a pedestrian(行人).
Reporter: You know, you cant run a red light, can you?
Pedestrian: No, I cant,
Reporter: But why did you do that just now?
Pedestrian: I am in a hurry. Ill be late for work.
?mEveryone knows rules are made for people to follow, not to break.

范文示例:
Rules are made for people to follow, not to break. When people cross roads, they might be in a rush for doing something, so they dont care about the traffic rules, In this picture, groups of people are going across the road during red lights. The harm for this is that the cars would not expect the people to walk across the street during the red light, and this may even cause accidents.
There may be different reasons for different people. Probably you would be late. So next time, youd better go out earlier. Someone may say since there is no car, he can cross the road. But for your safety, please wait a minute. Do not follow the ones who lead themselves to danger! I think everyone should obey the traffic rules. At the same time the government had better build more footbridges or underpasses.
