毕业论文中文摘要 基于实际工程造价分析的预算定额研究之三 摘要： 廊坊道科研综合楼，位于廊坊市区内，由1层地下室、地上8层框架结构组成。地上建筑面积5111.34㎡，地下建筑面积1372.70 ㎡，总建筑面积为6484.04㎡。基础工程采用平板式筏板基础，主体工程采用框架结构。 本论文研究的内容造价分析和施工组织设计。 工程进行了施工组织设计，施工组织设计的依次顺序为工程概况、施工部署、施工进度计划、施工准备与资源配置计划、主要施工方案、施工现场平面布置。参照实体工程施工图计算出主体工程工程工程量，再依照天津市建筑工程预算基价和北京市建设工程计价依据-预算定额编制该工程的施工图预算随后对造价结果进行对比分析得出工程。  毕业论文外文摘要 Title：The third fixed budget based on actual research project cost analysis Abstract Research Comprehensive Building In Langfang citys road ，which is located in Langfang，is Eight-story frame structure with an One-story Basement.the ground areas is 5111.34㎡ and Underground construction area is 1372.70 ㎡.The total construction area is 6484.04㎡。Basic engineering is Flatbed raft foundation while the main project useed the Frame structure。 The contents of this thesis is a cost analysis and construction design of theResearch Comprehensive Building In Langfang citys road.Firstly, the project was construction design.Sequential order of construction design is the Project Overview, the Construction and the Construction deployment, the Construction schedule, the Construction preparation and resource allocation plan, the main construction program, the Construction site layout and make the Construction Budget preparation of the project in accordance with the Tianjin construction budget base price, Tianjin decoration budget base price and the Beijing construction valuation basis - Budget Quota.Then compare the results of the cost analysis, the impact of the project location for business interests.
