Current Situation and Prospect of Forestry Cooperative Econom ic Organization

Abstract: Through review ing the literature on forestry cooperative econom ic organization, the paper
introduced the roles, types, operation modes and problems emerging in the developm ent of such
organisation, based on which the countermeasures were proposed for mi proving the operation of
forestry cooperative econom ic organization. F inally, the paper looked forward into the development
orientation of such organizations in terms of solidating the achievementsmade in forestry ecological
programs and promoting forest tenure reform.
