The p ap er points out the developm ent routines of m arine low carbon economy: accel erating the innovation of energy techn iques, exp loring m arine renewable green energies; p lann ing scientifically and strengthen ing the p rotection and rep airm en of m arine environm ent; develop ing m arine recycle economy, up grading resources u sing efficiency; adju sting m arine indu strial structures and exp loring greatly the m arine low carbon indu stries; gu iding indu stries to chase chances and accelerating the developm ent of m arine low carbon economy.
