Under the background of new countryside commun ity developm ent, the e stab lishm ent of legal regim e of rural social security shou ld take the farm ers’rights and interest p rotection a s a p rincip le and take the rural commun ity a s the carrier to con struct the new legal regim e of rural social security. The rural commun ity security is the new gu idance of the legal regim e of rural social security, wh ich w ill becom e the m ain form of our country ’s legal regim e of rural social security. Th is study aim ed to elaborate legal re gim e of rural social security under the background of commun ity developm ent from the a sp ects of farm ers’rights and intere st p rotection , com mun ity developm ent and commun ity security.
