杂种优势遗传机理研究方法的讨论 （南京农业大学，南京 210095） 摘要：主要介绍了分子生物学、细胞生物学、生理生化和数量遗传学等方面对作物杂种优势机理研究的进展及所用的方法，简单讨论了目前研究中存在的问题，同时对杂种优势今后的研究作出展望。 关键词：杂种优势；遗传机理；研究方法； Discussion of Research techniques on Heredity Mechanism of Heterosis Abstract: Advances on heredity mechanism of heterosis and research techniques with molecular biology, cell biology, physiology and biochemistry quantitative genetics is summarized. The main problems in present study were simply discussed and the prospects of future study were reviewed in this paper.
