· 251· Shanghai A rch ives of P sych iatry, 2008, Vol. 20 , No. 3 ·论著 · 上海 、昆明两城区居民精神卫生知识 知晓与服务需求对比研究 1 1 1 2 3 刘彩萍 　谢 　斌 　韩慧琴 　赵旭东 　曾　勇 　　【摘要 】　目的　调查并比较上海 、昆明两城区居民对精神卫生知识的知晓情况以及对社区精神卫 生服务的需求情况 ,分析造成两地差异的可能因素 ,为因地制宜地制定相关政策 、促进居民心理健康提 供参考 。方法 　自编调查问卷 ,在上海 3个街道对 1317名社区居民、云南省昆明市两个社区内 514 名社 区居民进行调查 。结果 　上海社区居民精神卫生知识知晓情况好于昆明社区居民 ,后者社区精神卫生 服务需求大于前者 ,但两者总体知晓情况都不理想 ,社区精神卫生服务需求较大 。结论 　要加强精神卫 生知识的宣传普及 ,大力发展社区精神卫生服务 ,促进居民心理健康 。 【关键词 】　精神卫生 　知晓　服务需求 　公众教育 A com para tive investiga tion of awareness and dem an ds for m en ta l hea lth serv ices bet ween Shan gha i residen ts and Kunm ing residen ts　L iu Ca ip ing, X ie B in, H an H u iqin, Z hao X udong, Z eng Yong. Results: The awarene ss statu s in Shanghai is better than Yunnan, bu t the dem and s of comm un ity m en tal health service s in Yunnan is larger than the other . The awareness statu s of neither area wa s good wh ile the dem and s of both area are large.
