2015届毕业论文 项目管理在某建筑公司的应用 院 、 部： 安全与环境工程学院 学生姓名： 李远远 指导教师： 毛娜 职称 讲师 专 业： 工业工程 班 级： 工业1102班 完成时间： 2015年6月  摘 要 目前我国工程项目管理水平落后于国外，管理上出现很多问题，项目管理水平的高低是评价一个施工企业的重要标志。由于我国工程项目管理体系不完善，很多企业管理水平都很低，这就需要企业本身在实践中不断总结经验，逐步完善自己的项目管理体系，提高管理水平。 本文介绍了建筑施工中项目管理的意义，初步了解工程施工项目管理基本内容。对我国的项目管理的现状和发展进行了简单的分析。在对某建筑公司项目管理实施状况进行研究后，本文以项目管理在某建筑公司的应用为例，结合该公司过去的项目管理实施状况，包括项目时间和成本估算、制定项目质量计划方法、项目风险管理计划的实施等，对该公司项目管理模式进行了研究，得出该公司项目管理应用的优势与不足之处，然后对项目综合、范围、时间、成本、质量和风险等方面进行改善。从项目启动开始，全程控制项目管理的实施,通过项目策划、项目控制,使项目管理目标得以实现，可以使公司以更小的成本获得更大的效益，促进公司的发展。 关键词：项目管理；工程项目；项目管理目标  ABSTRACT At present our country engineering project management level lags behind that of foreign countries, many of issues management, the level of project management is an important symbol of a construction enterprise evaluation. Because our country engineering project management system is not perfect, many enterprises management level are low, this would require the enterprise itself constantly sum up experience in practice, gradually improve its project management system, improve the management level. This paper introduces the construction of the meaning of project management, a preliminary understanding of engineering construction project management basic content. On the status quo and development of project management in our country has carried on the simple analysis.
