1 例鼻腔 NK/T 细胞淋巴瘤伴酮症酸中毒患者的药学监护 范春玲 王玉洁 柴艳冬 雷旭东 徐颖 甘肃省肿瘤医院药学部，兰州，730050 [摘要] 目的：探讨临床药师对鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤伴酮症酸中毒患者实施药学监护的意义。 方法：根据患者的全程药学监护，对鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤伴酮症酸中毒患者化疗过程中可 能出现的肿瘤溶解综合征、骨髓抑制、急性及迟发性呕吐进行评估，并协助医师制定和调整 用药方案。结果：临床药师通过对该患者实施药学监护，对鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤伴酮症酸 中毒患者的用药有了进一步的认识，使患者用药更加安全、有效和合理。结论：临床药师通 过参与临床实践，可协助医师提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性，使患者获得优良的药学服务。 [关键词] 鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤；酮症酸中毒；临床药师；药学监护 Pharmaceutical care for Nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma Patients FAN Chun-ling WANG Yu-jie CHAI Yan-dong LEI Xu-dong XU Ying ( Department of Pharmacy ，The Gansu Province Tumor Hospital，Lanzhou 730050 ，China) [Abstract] Objective ： To discuss the significance of clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care for a Nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma with Diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods：The clinical pharmacists assessed and provided pharmaceutical care for Nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma with Diabetic ketoacidosis patient during chemotherapy ，with the potential risks of tumor dissolve syndrome， bone marrow inhibition, acute and late-occurred vomiting ，Including developing the therapeutic regimens ， adjusting the immunosuppressant regimens. Results:Through the implementation of pharmaceutical care in patient，clinical pharmacists further understand drug use of Nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma with Diabetic ketoacidosis patient, and drug use become more safe，effective and reasonable. Conclusion：Through participating in clinical practice，assisting physicians to improve safety and efficacy of drug treatment ，clinical pharmacists provide patients good pharmaceutical care.
