With two elative mechanical models, the va iations of late al stiffness of the stagg e ed floo st uctu e is analyzed, and itps obv ious that the stiffness enhancement of the stagge ed floo st uctu e is dete mined by the locatio n of the stagg e ed floo , the stiffness atio of column to beam and the st yle of act ing lo ads. At last, the influence of the stagg e ed floo st uctu e on the st uctu al is also discussed.
