Abstract: Firstly, from the point of ind stry distrib tion, this article analyzes some characteristics of
MICE ind stry, which is one of the ind stries symbolizing the knowledge economy era, the location of
assembling and scattering rban c rrent, a highly specialized service ind stry, a highly synthetic form
of marketing, and a comprehensive system backed by many rban ind stries. Secondly, the paper
points o t some of the c rrent conditions of MICE ind stry distrib tion, that is, the distrib tion of
MICE ind stry is spreading from E rope North America to the rest of the world; the large centers
of MICE ind stry is expanding from downtown area to rban s b rb; the distrib tion of these large
centers is becoming more and more important connected with the process of rban planning. Then the
article s mmarizes some of the demands when distrib ting MICE ind stry taking the experience of
Germany andHong Kong as examples from both macro and micro levels respectively. Lastly the article
p ts forward some of the s ggestions in the distrib tion of MICE ind stry in o r co ntry: ¹to consid2
