金融学专业培养方案（020104） （Finance 020104） 一、专业简介（Ⅰ、Major Introduction） 金融学专业是为适应中国社会主义市场经济的需要而设立的应用性本科专业。本专业培养学生扎实的现代经济学理论基础，扎实的宏观金融理论、微观金融理论以及金融管理知识，比较熟练地掌握现代经济分析方法，具备从事金融经济管理、实务以及教学研究工作的能力。 The finance major is an applied undergraduate major established to satisfy the need for Chinese socialist market economy. Students in this major will be trained to have a solid foundation in modern economic theory, macro finance theory, micro finance theory, as well as financial management. Students will become familiar with modern methods for economic analysis, and acquire the ability to work in the fields of finance, economics, and management, as well as teaching and researches in academia.  二、培养目标（Ⅱ、Objectives） 本专业以培养“政治思想素质高、身心健康、学科基础扎实、富有创新精神、知识面宽、能力强、综合素质高” 的理论与应用相结合的金融专业人才为目标。 The objective of this major is to train financial experts with “high morality, healthy body and mind, solid expertise, innovating spirit, broad knowledge, strong ability, and high comprehensive qualities”, who can combine theory and professional knowledge. 三、培养要求（Ⅲ、 Requirements） 即对毕业生应获得的知识与能力的要求。 基本要求是： 1．具有坚定的政治信念，具有高度的爱国主义热情，具有崇高的理想，具有强烈的社会责任心，过硬的社会竞争力乃至国际竞争力，个性与人格得到充分、健康地发展。 2．具备扎实的经济学基本理论、宏微观金融理论、金融管理与实务知识，具备综合运用经济金融分析方法和手段进行社会调查、经济金融分析以及解决实际问题的能力。 3．熟悉国家金融改革与金融发展状况，金融政策与法规。 4．了解中外金融学术发展动态及应用前景。 5．毕业后能够胜任在银行、保险、证券、信托等实际金融部门从事金融业务性、管理性工作，胜任在企事业单位从事财务及经济管理工作，以及胜任在科研院所从事教学研究工作。 This section lays out requirements in knowledge and ability for graduating students.
