The spouted bedw ith a draft tube has som e differen t properties from a conventional one, such as low er m inmi um spouted velocity, low er stab le p ressu re drop, lowerm axmi um pressu re drop and especially an unstable spou ted region. The heigh t of the entrainm en t zone and the tube d iam eter has more distinct effects on the hydrodynam ics of spou ted bedw ith draft tube than the bed height. Finally, the spouting characteristics are summarized and simu lated.
