Dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzo-furanswere ex- tracted from samples by accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) and then purified by fluidman- agement systems (FM S) with silica column, alumina column and carbon column. Confirmation andquantitative analysis atpg/g levelofPCDD/Fswere performed byHR C/HRM S using volt- age selective ion record (VSIR) mode. Recoveries of fifteen isotopically labeled compound so- lutions (LCS) and theprecision and recovery standards (PAR) were found tobe in the range of 498% - 853% and 932% - 1138%, respectively.
