Abstract ：In order to obtain storm intensity formula of a single recurrence period in a region ，the paper uses the results ob- tained by Lingo software programming as the initial value of the method and it overcomes the difficulty of selection initial value ，then uses quasi-Newton algorithm to optimize its parameter.A typical example shows that the precision of the Lingo software and the quasi-Newton algorithm （LN ）combined is much higher than the one of the traditional methods in optimiz- ing the storm intensity formula of a single recurrence period and it can effectively solve practical optimization problems. Key words ：Lingo ；quasi-Newton method ；storm intensity formula of a single recurrence period ；optimization 摘 要：为了克服一般的非线性优化算法对初始值的依赖，针对某一地区单一重现期暴雨强度公式参数计算问题，首先将Lingo 软件编程求出的结果作为初始值，然后利用拟牛顿算法对其参数进行优化。实例计算结果表明：采用Lingo 软件和拟牛顿法相结 合的方法求解单一重现期暴雨强度公式比传统的方法精度更高，能有效解决实际优化设计问题。 关键词：Lingo；拟牛顿法；单一重现期暴雨强度公式；优化 DOI ：10.3778/j.issn. 1002-8331.2011.23.019 文章编号：1002-8331（2011 ）23-0064-02 文献标识码：A 中图分类号：TU991
