Methods: Bas d on th r trosp ctiv analysis of th 61 pat i nts w ith c rvical carcinoma w ho und rw nt th compl t MRI xaminat ion as w ll as th clinical data, along w ith r f rring to th FIGO staging sandards, this th sis, by using th doubl-blind t chniqu , achi v d th clinical analysis and th MRI staging b for th op ration, and mad a comparison b tw n MRI staging clinical staging, and pathologic staging . Results: Th accuracy, sp cifict y and s nsitivty achi v d by MRI in staging c rvical carcinoma w r 852% , 897% and 95. 1% , r sp ctiv ly . Th accuracy of th clinical staging of c rvical carcinoma w as 63. 9% . Conclusion: Ac- cording to this th sis, th accuracy of M RI for c rvical carcinoma x c ls th on for clinical staging , sp cially in th asp ct of d t cting th ut rin corpus, param trial ivasion and p lviclymph nod m tastasis. It is sugg st d that MRI should b r gard d as aconv ntional xaminat ion for pat i nts w ith c rvical carcinoma.
