16层螺旋CT不同准直宽肺部低剂量扫描的放射剂量对比分析 深圳市保健办专家门诊部放射科 方文春 夏丽天 谢静媛 刘景芳 谢其康 吴斌 刘浪 目的：比较16层螺旋CT两种不同准直宽肺部低量扫描的X线辐射剂量，为肺部低剂量检查提供最佳扫描参数。资料与方法：将60例进行肺部低剂量检查者随机分为A组（30）例和B两组（30例）。A组采用1.5mm准直宽，B组采用0.75mm宽准直宽，管电压、有效mAs、扫描周期及重建层厚均相同，分别为120KV、20mAs、0.5s、5mm。观察计算两种准直宽扫描剂量的CT剂量指数（CDTlw），正像螺旋扫描的mAs，总mAs和扫描时间。结果：A组的CDTlvol为1.4，B组的CDTlvol为1.56，A组的螺旋扫描的mAs平均值286.23±17.64，是B组（505.32 ±41.44）的56.7%，A组的总mAs为464.73±38.25，是B组（682.18±62.11）的68.1%，A组的平均扫描时间为4.99±0.33s，是B组（4.99±0.33）的55.4%。结论：16层螺旋CT肺低剂量可采用1.5mm准直宽进行扫描检查。 A comparison study of radiation dose between two different collimations in lung low-dose screen using a 16-slice spiral CT FANG Wen-chun ,XIA Li-tian,XIEJin-yuan,LIU Jin-fang,XIE Qi-kang ,WU Bin, LIU Lang Department of Radiology, Shenzhen Healthcare Office, Guangdong Province Shenzhen 518020. China, [Objective] To compare the radiation dose between two different collimations in lung low-dose screen using a 16-slice spiral CT, in order to provide guideline for lung low-dose screen.. [Methods] 60 objectors were divided into group A and B randomly. In group A ,a collimation of 1.5mm was use ,while in group B ,the collimation was 0.57mm .The other parameters were the same .in two groups, including ,120kv,20mAs,0.5s/rotation .The dose index of two protocols was documented as CT dose index c (CDTlw).[Results]: CDTlvol of group A was B 1.4mGry and 1.56mGry,respectively .the difference was statically signifant with a pvalue of the mAs of group A and B was 286.23?7.64 and 505.32 ?1.44,repectivemGly (p﹤0.05).the scan time of group A and B was 4.99±0.33s while it was 9.00±0.70sfor group B.
