We achieved good results through remoting the pilot project at Changsha Wangcheng area and Zhuzhou Youxian area. We use the theory with practice,comparative analysis and other methods to carried on a comprehensive introduce and analysis of the connotation、operation of the new mode. We also make a comparative analysis with the traditional pattern of land management mode to puts some forward suggestions of perfecting the land management mode. Key words: rural lan
