大 连 民 族 学 院 本 科 学 年 论 文 吉林投资来源结构与产业投向 学 院： 经济管理学院 专 业： 经济学 学 生 姓 名： 尹东海 学 号： 2007013223 完 成 日 期： 2010年11月20日 大连民族学院 摘 要 总量不足、结构不优，历来是制约吉林省经济发展的主要矛盾。国内外经济发展的实践证明，投资结构的调整是促进产业结构升级、优化经济结构的重要手段，是现阶段推进结构调整向纵深发展的着力点。2005年初，省委、省政府面对老工业基地长期积累的矛盾和问题，提出了扩大投资、优化结构、促进经济快速发展的战略决策。两年来，在省委、省政府的正确领导下，全省上下以科学的发展观统领经济社会发展全局，紧紧抓住国家振兴东北老工业基地的战略机遇，坚持在扩大投资总量的同时，大力优化投资结构，加快重大项目建设，取得了显著成效。全省投资总量由2004年的1171.6亿元增加到2006年的2804.30亿元，迈上了发展中最重要的一个台阶，而目前吉林省计划在2011年投资总量达到1万亿元。民间外企投资、支柱优势特色产业投资领先增长，投资结构呈现积极变化。目前值得注意的主要问题是投资结构性矛盾仍较突出，外延扩张型项目投资多、内涵效益型项目投资少，高新技术产业和附加值高的精深加工项目少，特别是缺少具有较强带动作用的超大型项目等等。今后吉林省投资工作的重点，应在保持投资总量持续稳定增长的前提下，积极调整优化投资结构，加快重大项目建设，提高投资效益。 关键词：投资结构；产业结构；优化产业结构；投资效益 The Subject of Undergraduate Graduation Project (Thesis) of DLNU Total lack of structure is not good, has always been a major constraint for economic development of Jilin Province contradiction.
