ABSTRACT: A new magnetostrictive material of Fe-Ga alloy developed in recent years is introduced. According to
the researchs, Fe-Ga alloy has high intensity, good tenacity, small brittleness, good tract ility, better temperature
property, low er saturated magnetization respondence and higher magnetostriction as well as low er price. For these
good aspects Fe-Ga alloy has wide application field in magnetostrictive com ponents in the future.
