35 21 Vol.35 No.21 2007 11 1 RELAY Nov. 1, 2007 Discussion and improvement on the commission test of 10 kV switchgear HU Zheng, SU Xiang-dong, LIANG Wei-nan (Guangzhou Panyu Power Supply Bureau, Panyu 511400, China) Abstract: This paper discusses on the commission test of 10kV switchgear in the high voltage room of substations.Three main factors that affect the working efficiency of the commission test of 10kV switchgear are confirmed. The lead used for earth and short circuit is simple and crude. There are many overlapping staff. The testing method is designed improperly. According to the actual situation, three improved measures are proposed, including replacing the naked lead with standard lead clamp, constituting corresponding test system and designing the new testing method. It makes the working time of the commission test of 10kV switchgear reducing greatly, and enhances the working efficiency.
