摘 要 压铸技术的发展到如今已有150余年了。从19世纪开始,由于印刷业的发展,用于铅字铸造的铸字机因此产生,不久,在铸字机的基础上演变产生了热室压铸机。等到19世纪中,典型的热室压铸机出现。进入20世纪以后,热室压铸机日渐成熟,冷室压铸机诞生。20世纪后半叶,压铸机经历了巨大改革、演进与创新,压铸机进入全新的飞速发展时期。尤其是近二三十年来,压铸机在大型性、自动性、单元性和柔性性等方面的进展十分迅速。最近几年,压铸的高新技术又不断地对压铸机提出更高和更新的要求。 更多还原 本设计为对压铸机压射机构的设计。首先，需要对液压传动回路、快速运动回路进行设计，并且要求满足打料压头在压射时的两级速度；然后，对电机、泵、阀和活塞等液压元件进行选型，通过相关验算后，验证最终回路方案可行，按照相关标准绘制液压原理图；此外，需要对压射液压缸进行结构设计，要求能够执行高压大流量的工况，并经过相关校核，绘制装配图及相关典型零件图；最后，针对经过验算的液压系统进行总体布局的设计，要求布局紧凑合理，便于维修。认真整理资料撰写论文。 关键词：压铸机；液压系统；液压缸；压射机构 Abstract  The development history of pressure casting technical is already hundred and fifty years or more. In the early 19th century, the printing industry appeared and then the typecasting machine came out which function is cast words. Very sooner, the machine developed from casting machine to hot chamber die casting machine. In the mid-19th cemtury, the typist hot chamber die casting machine appeared. In 20th century, it became more and more maturity, therefore, the cold chamber die casting machine came out. In the second half of the 20th century, the machine experienced a much bigger reformation, development and innovation made it into a new era. In the past 20 to 30 years, it expanded rapidly in the aspects of its large scale, automatic, modular and flexible and so forth. In recent years, the more difficult and newly requriements are asked from the more high-tech die casting machine. This design aims to express explicity about the injection machinism of the die casting machine. At first, the design focus on both the circuit of hydraulic transmission and high-speed movement, it also require to meet the two speeds appear when yhe injection head is injecting; then, choose the type among the electronical motor, pump, power point and plunger or any other hydraulic pressure elements, after the relevant check, ensure the final scheme is ok, according to the relevant standard to paint a hydraulic pressure system pattern; further more, design the structure of the injection flu
