《中国病案》2015 年第 16 卷第 4 期 ·31· ·临床路径· 临床路径对医保 5 种手术疾病相关数据影响的研究 530001 南宁市 广西南宁市第八人民医院 廖华薇 摘要 目的 研究临床路径对某院医保 5 种手术疾病的相关数据的影响。方法 收集某院 2013 年 1 月 -2014 年 12 月因子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、急性化脓性阑尾炎、良性前列腺气切、慢性鼻窦炎 5 种手术治疗 属于市医保的患者共 973 例。实行临床路径管理 481 例做为 cp 组；同期住院未实行 CP 管理的 492 例患者 为对照组。统计分析两组患者的住院总费用、药费（包括中西药费）、平均住院日、手术费用、检查费（包 括化验费及影像学检查费用）、材料费（包括高耗材及一次性材料费用）。结果 两组的平均住院日与手术 费用基本持平；住院总费用 P ＜0.03、药费 P ＜0.02、检查费 P ＜0.02、材料费 P ＜0.02，均有明显差异。 结论 实施 CP 管理患者可降低患者的住院总费用、药费、检查费、材料费。 关键词 临床路径；医保；5 种手术疾病；住院相关数据 A Study on the Impacts of Clinical Pathway for Five Kinds of Surgical Diseases Relevant Data of Health Insurance Liao Huawei, Nanning the Eighth Peoples Hospital, Nanning 530001,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China Abstract Objective To study the impacts of clinical pathway for five kinds of surgical diseases relevant data of health insurance. Methods Collect 973 health insurance patients with five kinds of surgical diseases which are hysteromyoma, uterine adenomyosis, and acute suppurative appendicitis, and benign prostatic gas cutting, chronic sinusitis from January 2013 to December 2014.
