Methods: T he model of vascu lar dem entia m ice w ere duplicated w ith the operation of cerebral ische- m ic reperfu sion. On the 15th day a fter prax io logy expermi ent, the m orpho log ic changes of cerebral tissue w ere observed as w ell as the pro lifer- a tion index ( P I) and apoptosis rate( AR ) o f the h ippocam pu s ce lls in m ice w ere determ ined by flow cy tom etry( FCM ) . Results: ¹ R esults o f prax io logy exper mi ent show s that the learn ing and m emo rizing perform ance reco rd o fm ode l g roup w ere fa iled and that of other g roup s w e re mi - proved( P 0. 05or P 0. 0 1) . º T he pathom orpho logy ind icates that hippo campus of m ice bra in tissue tak ing up the patholog ica l changes o f ischem ia.
