Abstract: T he research was to observe the effects of the different extracts from Sedum sarmentosum
Bunge on tumorbearing mice.T he sarcoma 180( S180 ) was transplanted into the abdominal cavity and
armpit of mouse and then the survival time and the tumor weight of the tumorbearing mice treated
with the different extracts from Sedum sarmentosum Bunge were measured and compared with the
control group. T he results showed that the different extracts from Sedum sarmentosum Bunge could
obviously inhibit the tumor growth and prolong the survival time of the tumorbearing mice.
