78 中国美容医学2015年3月第24卷第5期 ChineseJournalofAestheticMedicine.Mar.2015.Vol.24.No.5 ·美容园地· ·论著· 重睑术联合Y-V成形内眦赘皮矫正术的疗效分析 李 木 (北京老年医院医疗美容科 北京 100095) [摘要]目的：对单睑合并内眦赘皮患者进行重睑术联合Y-V成形内眦赘皮矫正术的疗效分析。方法：选择 2012年1月-2013年6月于我院单睑合并内眦赘皮患者120例，进行重睑术联合Y-V成形内眦赘皮矫正术治 疗，并对患者的治疗效果进行随访。结果：本组120例接受手术的患者，随访6个月，6例患者的内眦切口瘢 痕出现轻微增生迹象，采用外用瘢痕抑制剂均逐渐缓解、淡化。随访12个月，切口的愈合良好，均为Ⅰ期愈 合，患者的内眦切口较为隐蔽，术后的瘢痕不明显，外观良好，内眦赘肉的明显改善。结论：Y-V成形内眦赘 皮矫正同期行切开重睑术，疗效明确，切口更加隐蔽、恢复快，值得临床推广应用。 [关键词]重睑术；眦赘皮矫正术；Y-V成形；临床研究 [中图分类号]R62 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）05-0078-03 TheclinicalcurativeeffectanalysisofaY-Vshapeepicanthuscorrectionwith concurrentdoubleeyelidsurgery LIMu (DapartmentofMedicalCosmetology,BeijingGeriatricHospital,Beijing 100095,China) Abstract: Objective To study the clinical curative effect analysis of a Y-V shape epicanthus correctionwithconcurrentdoubleeyelidsurgeryforsingleeyelidwithepicanthuspatients. Results Thisgroupofpatients, 120 patientswho underwentsurgerywerefollowedupfor6 months,6 caseswithangularincisionscarshowedsignsof mildhyperplasia,externaluseofscarinhibitorsweregraduallyease.Theincisionhealingwasgood with Ⅰhealingangularincisioninpatientswithrelativelyhiddenandthepostoperativescarwasnot obvious and good appearance angular dewlap improved significantly follow-up of 12 months.
