( ) 2 0 0 4 年 第 7 期 总第 177 期 混 　 　凝 　 　土 全 国 建 筑 科 学 核 心 期 刊 Number 7 in 2004 ( Total No . 177) Concrete China Building Science Core Periodical　 再生混凝土的耐久性及其改善措施 朱映波 (巢湖市居巢区建设工程质量监督站 ,安徽 巢湖 　238000) [ 摘 　要] 　在大量文献研究的基础上 ,本文较为全面地综述和分析了再生混凝土的耐久特征及其改善措施 ,主要包括再生混凝土的抗 渗性 、抗冻融性 、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性 、碳化以及氯离子渗透性和耐磨性 。研究表明,总体来讲 ,再生混凝土的耐久性较普通混凝 土差 。但是 ,通过减小水灰比、掺加粉煤灰 、采用二次搅拌工艺、减小再生骨料最大粒径和采用半饱和状态的再生骨料等措 施可以改善再生混凝土的耐久性 。最后 ,提出了关于再生混凝土耐久性需要进一步研究的问题 。 [ 关键词] 　再生骨料 ;再生混凝土 ;耐久性 ;改善措施 [ 中图分类号] 　TU 528 　　　[ 文献标识码] 　A 　　　[ 文章编号] 　1002 - 3550 (2004) 07 - 003 1 - 03 Durabil ity and improvement measure of recycled aggregate concrete ZH U Yingbo (Chaohu Construction Engineering Quality Sup ervising Center ,Chaohu 238000 ,Anhui ,China) 　　Abstract : 　Based on t he analysis of many related references ,an extensive review on t he durability of recycled aggregate concrete and improvement measure are given in t his p ap er . The imp ermeability ,t he freeze and t haw resistallce ,t he sulp hate and acid resistance ,t he carbonation resistance ,t he chloride p enetration resisance as well as t he abrasion are discussed in detail . It is shown t hat t he durability of recycled aggregate concrete is generally lower t han t hat of normal concrete . However ,t he poor dura bilit y of recycled aggregate concrete can be off set by lowing t he water/ cement ratio ,t he addition of fly ash ,t he double mixing met hod ,t he decreasing of t he maximum size of recycled aggregate or t he use of semi - saturated recycled aggregates.
