现代卫生填埋场的研究分析 摘 要 随着经济的发展、工业化与城市化进程的加快、城市建设规模的扩大，人口不断涌入城市，使城市生活垃圾急剧增多。城市垃圾污染环境，对城市居民的健康和生存构成严重威胁，已成为社会一大公害。治理城市生活垃圾已成为我国各大城市的重大环境问题，同时，随着人类环保意识的加强，城市生活垃圾卫生填埋场的设计理论及工程技术问题日益受到应有的重视。然而，我国卫生填埋场的设计理论及其机理尚有待深入研究和探讨，为此，本文结合卫生填埋场的建设，对此进行了探讨。因此，如何安全有效地解决垃圾的最终处置问题，避免形成二次污染，并将垃圾作为能开发利用的资源，实现可持续发展是卫生填埋所必须研究解决的重要课题。 本文首先对我国垃圾填埋场进行了综合分析，探讨了城市生活垃圾的特性，在此基础上，对填埋场的选址、防渗层的构造措施、防渗材料的工程特性、渗滤液的产生及处理、填埋气体的收集及利用、封场措施、填埋场的综合利用以及环境保护和监测等问题进行了深入的探讨。 关键词：生活垃圾；填埋场；防渗层；渗滤液；填埋气体 Abstract Along with economic development, industrialization and urbanization process accelerated, the scale of the cities’ construction expanded, Population keeps pouring into cities, MSW have increased drastically. MSW polluted the environment and constituted a serious threat to the survival and the health of urban residents, has become a public hazard. MSW management has become many large cities’ major environmental problem, meanwhile, as people’s environmental awareness increasing, the design theory and technical problems of MSW Sanitary Landfill Site have received the attention increasingly which they deserved. However, Chinas sanitary landfill’s design theory and it’s mechanism has yet to be thoroughly studied and discussed, for this, based on the sanitary Landfill’s building, the paper discussed it. Therefore, the question of how to Solve the problem of the garbage’s final disposal in safe and effective solution, avoid the secondary pollution , and make the trash become the resources which are able to be developmented and utilizated , the sanitary landfill’s sustainable development is the important issues must be studied and resolved.
