湖北民族学院学报·医学版 第3 期 ·论著· CKLF - l 对小鼠淋巴细胞、骨髓细胞 及巨噬细胞趋化作用的研究 覃红斌 湖北民族学院医学院（湖北恩施445000 ） 【摘要】目的 研究趋化因子CKLF - l 对正常小鼠淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、骨髓细胞的趋化活性、生物学效应。方法 通过质粒的构建，BALB / C 小鼠骨髓细胞、淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞的分离，将CKLF - l 和pcDI 转染上清倍比稀释分别 作用于小鼠上述细胞，测出趋化指数并用MTT 法观察骨髓细胞增殖情况。结果 发现CKLF - l 转染上清呈剂量 依赖性对小鼠淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、骨髓细胞有趋化作用，对小鼠骨髓细胞也有明显的促增殖作用。结论 CKLF - l 对正常小鼠淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、骨髓细胞有明显的趋化作用，提示了CKLF - l 对造血障碍性疾病、免疫功能缺 陷的治疗有一定的应用前景。 【关键词】CKLF - l ；淋巴细胞；巨噬细胞；骨髓细胞；趋化作用 【中图分类号】 R392. l 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】l008 - 8l64（2004 ）03 - 0004 - 04 The Study of Chemotaxial Action of CKLF - l on Rat Lymphocyte ， Macrophage and Bone Marrow Cells OIN Hong - bin （Medical College of Hubei Institute for Nationalities ，Enshi 445000 ，China ） 【Abstract 】Objective This experiment is mainly concerned with the chemotaxis of chemotatic factor CKLF - l to rat lymphocyte ，macrophage and bone marrow cells as well as its biological effect. Methods By means of plasmid structure and the separation of the above cells，the cells were affected by CKLF - l and pcdl which was transfected and diluted with multiple propor- tion ；chemotaxial index was measured and the proliferatian of bone marrow cells was observed with the method of MTT. Results lt was discovered that with dosage dependence，the transfect- ed CKLF - l has chemotaxial action on rat lymphocyte，macrophage and bone marrow cells，it also accelerated the proliferation of bone marrow cells. Conclusion The finding shows that CKLF - l has obvious chemotaxial action on normal rat lymphocyte，macrophage and bone marrow
