College of economics and management, FAFU, Fuzhou Fujian 350002) Abstracts: Firstly, the author explains advantages and effectiveness of agricultural opening in Fujian, based on the understanding of the characteristics and changes of export-oriented agricultural trade in Fujian, through building measure model of provincial agricultural competitiveness of export-oriented degree and evaluate provincial agricultural competitiveness of export-oriented degree in Fujian compositely, and analyses in-depth its ranking in the country and developments and causes. Finally, from the angle of enhancing the agricultural competitiveness of export-oriented degree in Fujian, the author applies new thinking in order to advance the international, modern agriculture strategy.
