３４ ２ Vol.３４.No.２ ２ ０ １ ５ ２ JOURNAL OF HUAIHUA UNIVERSITY Feb.２ ０ １ ５ 孔绍飞 （北京语言大学外国语学院，北京 １０００８３） ： 对胡适在清末至五四时期的英语诗歌翻译进行描述型研究。 选择胡适作为研究对象是因为他是中国 白话新诗的首创者， 打破了对外国诗歌进行文言古体翻译的传统规范， 确立了新的用白话新诗形式进行译诗的诗 歌翻译规范。 由于胡适本人的诗歌翻译也经历了从传统规范到新规范的过渡， 对其变化过程进行探索则具有一定 的意义。 不仅如此， 诗歌翻译还影响到了当时民族文学的发展， 即创立了白话新诗这一文学形式， 推动了民族诗歌 由旧体诗向白话新诗的转变过程。 运用规范理论的内容对胡适的翻译现象进行研究， 能够很好地解释胡适先而遵 从传统翻译规范继而偏离传统创立新规范的变迁过程。 ： 规范理论； 胡适； 英诗汉译； 民族诗歌 ： H３１５.９ ： A ： １６７１－ ９７４３ （２０１５） ０２－ ０１０６－ ０５ A Norm － Based Analysis on Hu Shi ’s English Poetry Translation from the Late Qing to the May ４th Era KONG Shao－fei （Foreign Language Dep artment ， Beij ing Language and Culture University ， Beij ing 100083 ） Abstract ： This paper is to do a descriptive analysis on Hu Shi’s poetry translation from the Qing Dynasty to the May ４th Era ． Hu Shi is taken as the research subject because he was the initiator of the baihua （vernacular Chinese ） poetry ， who broke the traditional translation norm of translating foreign poetry as ancient Chinese poetry while established a new one by translating foreign poetry as baihua new poetry ． It is meaningful to have a research on Hu Shi’s poetry translation since he himself also experienced a change from using the traditional translation norm to the new one ． What’s more ， the translation of poetry has affected the development of the national literature ， i ． e ． a new literary form， baihua new poetry ， has been created ． This has promoted the transformation progress of the ancient poetry to the vernacular new poetry ． Norm theory can be used to analyze the Hu Shi’s translation phenomenon ， which can also explain the changing process of H
