Work Report工作报告 14旅游管理1班 钟伟雯 foreword This semester is coming to an end ,and in this term ,I’m lucky to grab the opportunity to become the monitor of our class ,which is not only a chance but also a great change .Today ,I will start my work report with four key words. 前言 这个学期已经接近尾声了，在这个学期里我幸运地抓住机会成为我们班的班长，这不仅是一个机会更是一个巨大挑战。今天，我将要围绕四个关键词展开我的工作报告。 Achievement At the very beginning of this term ,we built a group in internet to release information of our class. Then, to establish a good relationship among classmates ,we made a address list with class committee of another two class. To order to carry out our activities better, I collected money from our classmates as the capital of our activities and released information about it on time. achievement Besides, I often communicate with our classmates as well as our teacher to develop good relationship between students and teacher. At the end of this term ，I organized a English Corner in our class to celebrate the Christmas Day with the help of some classmates. 成就 开学初，我们建立了一个网络群组用以发布消息。 接着，为了同学们之间建立良好的关系，我们与另外两个班的班委一起完成了三班通讯录。 为了班级活动更好地开展，我向全班收集班费作为活动资金并且及时公布相关信息。 此外，我也经常和老师，同学们进行交流，以此建立师生之间的友好联系。 在学期末我在一些同学的帮助之下组织了班级的英语角活动来庆祝圣诞节。 Gains I used to be shy and be afraid to talk in public, but now I can stand here and deliver a speech bravely. After celebrating the English Corner, I have more friends and I’m more careful and considerate. Failures It was difficult for me to collect information of every classmate at the beginning, because we come from different institute. At the mid term ,we began to do preparation for the English party in Christmas Day, but we had to cancel this activity in the end because of some reason. the English Corner is not very well, because I don’t have any experience and I’m not considerate enough. 挫折 因为来自不同的学院，刚开始的时候我们收集同学的信息非常的困难。 在学期中旬，我们开始精心筹备圣诞节的英语晚会，但是最后因为一些原因我们不得不取消本次活动。 因为我缺乏经验而且不够细心，这次的英语角活动确实办得很糟糕。 收获 以前的我总是很害羞，恐惧当众发言，但现在的我可以勇敢地站在这进行演讲。 在举办英语角之后，我有了更多的朋友，也变得更加的细心体贴。 Hope
