研究生毕业论文 论文题目： 　 秦安林果优势产业发展研究　 班级形式： 学员姓名 学科专业： 导师姓名、职称： 论文工作起止时间：  【内容摘要】 秦安县素有“瓜果之乡”的美誉，上世纪80年代以来，历届县委、县政府立足县情，因地制宜，把发展以蜜桃、苹果、花椒为主的林果业作为调整产业结构、增加农民收入的重要措施，林果业已成为富民强县的一大特色优势产业。但是，林果优势产业发展中存在着种苗繁育体系建设、栽培模式和技术培训明显滞后落后、产业体系还不完善、生产经营组织化程度不高、科技支撑能力弱的问题，今后如何进一步做大做强林果优势产业，需要对产业政策的制定进行进行深入研究。 本文首先以秦安县制定和实施林果优势产业政策的实地调查为基础，对当地林果优势产业的发展现状和发展历程进行了量化分析。其次，在产业政策理论的分析框架下，对秦安县林果优势产业政策的历史变迁和发展趋势进行了分析，研究了秦安县林果优势产业发展中存在的主要问题。最后，论文据此提出了秦安林果优势产业健康发展的思路、发展目标、战略定位、区域布局、发展重点和支持环节、保障措施。这项研究，将为秦安县林果优势产业政策的研究提供一个新的研究视角，对县域农业产业政策的制定和转变具有现实的指导作用。 【关键词】林果　优势产业　产业政策 【Abstract】The Qinan known as melons and fruits, reputation since the 1980s, successive county government based on county conditions, local conditions, the development of peach, apple, pepper fruit industry as the adjustment of industrial structure, increase farmersimportant measures of income, fruit Fumin county has become a major feature of competitive industries.
