斜管沉淀池 摘 要：随着经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，人们对饮用水水质和水量的要求也越来越高。给水工程直接关系到国家的发展和社会的安定。本次设计题目是东北地区A城市给水工程设计，它包括取水工程，净水工程和输配水工程。A城市有丰富的地表水资源，结合城市的近远期发展最终确定本次设计就近取用地表水作为水源；并根据地形选择了两套供水方案，通过经济比较最终选定分区给水方案为最佳方案。净水厂采用了传统净水工艺：混凝、沉淀、过滤、消毒，出水能够达到饮用水要求。最后，对整个工程进行总概算，确定制水成本和年折算费用值，作为工程投产的参考。全文对整个设计作了说明，是所绘图纸的依据。 关键词: 地表水水源；传统工艺；总概算 Abstract：With the development of economic and the improvement of people’s life, the requirement of drinking water has become more and more strict. Water supply engineering directly relates to the development of nation and stability of society. The aim of the work is to design a water supply system for City A in the Northeast, which contain water intake engineering, water treatment engineering and water carrying engineering. City A has abundant surface water so that surface water is designed as the resource for City A. I design two different projects as the net works and independent water supply system is considered as the better one, according to the results of the economy and technology comparison. Traditional treatments are used in water treatment plant, including coagulation, sedimentation, filtration and defection. It can meet the norm of drinking water quality. At last, it is the balance budget of the whole engineering and running cost per year, which is the reference of putting into production. Design drawings are made later according the whole work. Key word: surface water resource; traditional treatment; balance budget 引 言 水和空气一样，是人类赖以生存的必要因素，水在人类生活和生产中的作用是不言而喻的。　随着人类的进步和工农业生产的发展，人们逐渐认识到，水并不是取之不尽用之不竭的资源，而是人类社会正面临的紧缺资源。日益严重的水资源短缺和严重的水环境污染困扰着国计民生，而且也已成为制约社会经济可持续发展的主要因素，直接关系到国家的发展和社会的安定。 毕业设计就是模拟实际工程的设计原始资料，以实际工程设计中的初设要求与规则为设计准则的一次实战。本次的设计题目是东北地区A城市的给水工程，它包括取水工程、净水工程以及输配水工程。设计内容包括： （1） 城市给水管网的扩初设计； （2） 取水构筑物的设计计算； （3） 净水厂工艺部分的设计计算； （4） 二级泵站的设计计算； （5） 城市给水工程的总概算和成本估计。 供水方案的确定 2.1 方案的提出 A城市位于我国东北地区，城市整体布置合理，街道整齐，适合居住，最高日用水量121670.22m3/d。一条河流分布在城市的西南边，自西北向东南方向流去，水量充沛，水质良好，拟作为A市的饮用水水源。该城市呈狭长形状发展，地形由西南向东北逐渐升高，河流处于城市地势最低处。一条铁路贯穿城市南北，作为天然障碍将整个城市划分为两个区，各区人口密度适中，每区
