Methods All patients were divided into treatment and control groups by double blind method.The patients were treated by hemiarthroplasty in treatment roups,the patients were treated by using plate in control groups.According to treatment results,we analyzed statistically and drew conclusions. Results The treatment groups were much better than the control groups in the loading time and functional recovery(P ＜0.05). Conclusion To the very elderly patients in intertrochanteric fracture,The treatment by hemiarthroplasty has high clinical value, which can shorten loading time, restores life quality and confidence as soon as possible.
