规划设计 DESIGN [文章编号]1006-0022(2007)02-0042-04 [中图分类号]TU982.29　[文献标识码]B 承载乡土基因的旅游生态聚落空间 　　—以云南丘北县普者黑镇彝族旅游小镇规划为例 □　王　颖，张剑辉 [摘　要]“青绿山水，重彩彝居”的特色资源使云南丘北县普者黑彝族小镇的旅游开发获得 了经济效益，但旅游业的发展也带来了传统聚落风貌受到严重损害等不良后果。规划以“乡 土意”为理念，对当地彝居原型进行分析、提炼，对材料工艺进行改造，预设多种“新型彝 居”和公共服务设施的营构方式，以正确引导民居改建；规划还将山体作为空间轴线的重要 组成部分，将水体引入小镇，并对水岸进行柔化处理，使聚落因水而建。 [关键词]旅游小镇；乡土意；乡土基因；可持续发展；旅游生态聚落空间 Tourist Environment and Living Space with Local Characters —Take the Planning of the Yi Tourist Town of Puzhehei of Qiubei County, Yunnan Prov- ince for Example/Wang Ying, Z hang Jianhui [Abstract] T he featured resources of the landscape of green mountains w ith clear w ater inhabited by the Yi have enabled the small Yi tourist tow n of Puzhehei of Qiubei County, Yunnan Province to gain a lot of economic benefits from its tourism development. How ever, the tourism development has also brought about some negative consequences such as serious damages to the styles and feat ures of the t raditional liv ing space. Wit h the local DNA-Vernacular Spirit as t he concept, analysis and abstraction of the original model of the local Y i residential houses as well as improve- ment of the materials and techniques of the building are made in the planning of the tow n, correctly guiding the residents in their reconstruction of their residential houses by setting up various con- struction modes for the New Style Y i Residential Houses and public facilities. The plan also takes the mountain proper as an important part of the spatial axis and introduces the w ater body into the small tow n, making flexible treatment to the riv er banks to enable the living sp ace to be set up alongside the river.
