中药针灸并用治疗勃起功能障碍的临床研究.pdf

·8·中国性科学 2005年12月 第14卷第12期 The Chinese Journal of Human Sexuality, ·学术论著 · 中药针灸并用治疗勃起功能障碍的临床研究 林小鲁 邓平荟 袁建兴 福建省龙岩市第二医院男科,福建 364000 【摘 要】目的:评价中药针灸并用治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效。方法：2003年1月～2005年6月，选 用ED病人128例,随机分成中药针灸并用组(A组)64例、中药组(B组)32例和针灸组(C组)32例，应用治疗前 后阴茎勃起角度值的对比进行疗效评估。结果：A组在提高阴茎勃起角度值方面明显优于其他两组(P0.05),A 组总显效率为76.56%;B组总显效率为56.25%;C组总显效率为53.13%。A组在总显效率方面明显优于其他两组 (P0.05)。结论：中药针灸并用治疗ED,可明显提高疗效。 【关键词】中医中药；针灸疗法；勃起功能障碍；勃起角度 Clinical research on treatment of erectile dysfunction with integrative traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture LIN X iao-lu DENG Ping-hui YUAN Jian-xing Dep artment of Andrology, The second Hosp ital of L ongy an, Fuj ian 364000 China 【Abstract 】 Obj ectiv e :To ev alu ate th e efficacy of meth od of integrativ e tradition al Ch in ese medicin e an d acupuncture for erectile dysfunction .
