摘 要 内蒙古白绒山羊具有较高的经济利用价值和宝贵的遗传资源。为充分发挥优秀 种公羊在育种和杂交改良中的作用，采用冷冻精液技术具有重要意义，因此开展了 内蒙古白绒山羊精液冷冻保存的研究。 本研究采用一步稀释法，检测精子活率、质膜完整性、线粒体活性、顶体完整 率评价精液品质。 1．通过比较六种冷冻稀释液筛选出了适合内蒙古白绒山羊精液冷冻的最佳基础 冷冻稀释液配方 （100ml）：Tris 3.44 g，柠檬酸 1.83 g，果糖 1.26 g，卵黄15%， 甘油5%。 2．检测不同离心方法去除精浆对内蒙古白绒山羊精液冷冻保存效果，结果表明： 以750 rpm 离心8min 效果显著优于不去精清以及其他离心处理组。 3．稀释液中添加 0.018g/ml 海藻糖时解冻后活率，顶体完整率，质膜完整率 和线粒体活性都显著高于对照组（P0.05）。 4．稀释液中添加两种抗氧化剂SOD 与维生素E，试验结果表明：添加SOD 后冷 冻后精液品质没有明显提高。维生素E添加量为180µg/ml 时可以提高冻后精液品质， 顶体完整率与线粒体活性显著高于对照组（P0.05），活率与质膜完整率与对照组无 显著差异，但当冷冻稀释液中维生素E 添加量超过220µg/ml 时会对冷冻效果产生不 利影响。 关键词：山羊；精液；冷冻保存；稀释液 Study on Extender for Inner Mongolian White Cashmere Goat Semen Abstract Inner Mongolia Cashmere goat was a precious genetic resources with high economic value. Frozen semen is a important technology to maximize role of the ram in goat breeding and improvement. Therefore the Inner Mongolia Cashmere goat semen cryopreservation is carried out in this study. sperm motility, membrane integrity, mitochondrial activity, acrosomal integrity were detected after semen treated with one-step dilution method. 1. After compared the six kinds of freezing extenders, the most effective basic extender for Inner Mongolia Cashmere goat semen cryopreservation is(100ml) : Tris3.44 g, citric acid1.83 g, fructose1.26g, 15%yolk, glycerol5%. 2. Two centrifuge speed for removing seminal plasma were compared. The results showed that the 750rpm centrifuge speed with 8min is significantly better than the other centrifuge speed treatment s. 3.
